Booking and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
• Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from our staff
• We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety, or operational concerns

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost

Safety and Compliance

• Customers are responsible for understanding local laws regarding window tinting
• We provide legal compliance guidance but customers bear ultimate responsibility

Legal Compliance

Window Tinting Laws

• Ontario law requires front side windows to allow at least 70% light transmission
• Rear windows and back glass may be tinted darker
• We provide legal compliance consultation but customers are ultimately responsible
• Tint Jail Bailout service helps customers achieve legal compliance after violations

Business Compliance

• We operate under all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations
• Our business is properly licensed and insured
• We comply with environmental regulations for material disposal
• All applicable taxes are collected and remitted as required
